‎6. International Top-Ups

‎Top-ups are processed after payment is confirmed and are usually delivered instantly.

‎KTRefill is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by operator or technical issues beyond our control.

‎Airtime/data purchases are non-refundable once processed.

‎7. SIMs & eSIMs

‎All SIMs and eSIMs are sold inactive and unregistered unless otherwise stated.

‎Buyers are responsible for complying with SIM registration and ID laws in their country of use.

‎Activation Assistance: KTRefill Customer Care can guide buyers through activation but is not responsible for carrier refusal or network restrictions.

‎Shipping times for physical SIMs may vary depending on carrier and location.
‎
‎SIMs and eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered, unless defective on arrival.

‎8. Limitation of Liability

‎KTRefill will not be liable for:

‎Service failures, restrictions, or delays caused by carriers or gift card issuers.

‎Legal consequences resulting from user misuse or failure to comply with regulations.

‎9. Privacy & Data

‎KTRefill only collects the details needed to process your order (name, phone number, and email). This information is used strictly for communication, order tracking, and SIM card delivery. We do not share or sell your data.

‎10. Delivery Policy

‎Processing Time: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
‎
‎Delivery Method: SIM cards are delivered physically via courier/shipping service. eSIMs are delivered digitally by email or QR code.

‎Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues, which are outside KTRefill’s control.

‎Responsibility: Once the SIM is shipped or the eSIM is delivered to your registered email, KTRefill’s responsibility ends. Any loss, delay, or damage during transit is the responsibility of the courier or your email provider.

‎11. Refund Policy

‎Gift Cards, Airtime, Data, SIMs, and eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered/processed, except in cases of defective or undelivered products.
