Refund & Return Policy

‎At KTRefill, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Because we deal with digital services and international products, our refund rules are strict to protect both our customers and our business.

‎1. General Policy

‎All sales on KTRefill are considered final once processed.

‎Refunds are only issued under specific conditions (listed below).

‎By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

‎2. Non-Refundable Services

‎We do not offer refunds for:

‎Airtime & Data Top-ups – once submitted to the operator, they cannot be reversed.

‎Gift Cards – once sold or delivered, they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

‎eSIMs – once activation details (QR code, profile, PIN, etc.) are delivered, they cannot be refunded.

‎3. Refundable Services

‎You may request a refund only if:

‎A transaction failed but payment was deducted, and the service was not delivered.

‎A physical SIM card was not shipped within the agreed timeframe.

‎A wrong product was delivered (e.g., incorrect SIM card or top-up to the wrong country due to our error).

‎4. Process for Refunds

‎To request a refund:

‎1. Contact our customer support team


‎2. Provide your transaction ID, payment proof, and details of the issue.


‎3. Our team will investigate within 2–5 business days.


‎4. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit.

‎5. Shipping & Returns (Physical SIMs Only)

‎Customers must provide a valid delivery address. KTRefill is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

‎If a SIM is defective upon arrival, contact customer care within 5 days for a replacement or refund (shipping fees may apply).

‎Used or activated SIM cards cannot be returned or refunded.

‎6. Fraud & Abuse

‎If fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., stolen cards, false refund claims, chargebacks), KTRefill reserves the right to deny refunds, suspend accounts, and pursue legal action.

‎7. Changes to Policy

‎We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
